How Tafons works

Tafons is a job feed for France and Morocco. A swipe to the right prepares an application. Candidates are not charged.

Country, work, city

At signup the candidate picks France or Morocco, a field (tech and data, art, modeling, cinema or other) and a city. The feed then stays inside that frame.

An on-site or hybrid offer outside the chosen country stays hidden. A fully remote offer can show on both sides.

The swipe

Swipe right and Tafons prepares the CV and a letter. Nothing is sent until you agree, and you can withdraw that agreement. Swipe left and the offer passes.

Everyone has the same daily send cap. It is not for sale. A referral can grant months of tools, not extra sends.

The recruiter

A recruiter publishes an offer and receives applications with a score. The score helps. Writing, shortlisting or refusing stays a human decision.

Some offers come from another site. Tafons then shows the original link and does not send the CV in their place.
