The service

A candidate sees a feed of offers in their country, fills a profile, may upload a CV and send an application. A recruiter publishes offers and follows applications. Some offers come from third-party sites: Tafons then shows the original link and does not send the CV for them.

Tafons does not promise a job, a hire, or that a third-party offer is accurate.

Account

You provide an accurate email and a password, or a Google or Apple account when those buttons are shown. You can export your data and delete the account from the profile. The public deletion address is https://tafons.com/supprimer-compte.

A candidate is not charged, directly or indirectly, to look for work or to be introduced to an employer (French Labour Code article L5321-3, for France).

Governing law

From the country saved on this device (France), the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL are shown first. Moroccan Law 09-08 and the CNDP stay described, because Tafons also serves Morocco.

A France account is governed by French law. A Morocco account is governed by Moroccan law, without removing GDPR rights where the processing takes place in the European Union.
